3 WAYS TO BRING UNCONDITONAL LOVE INTO UR LIFE

BY CORY MARTINEZ

This article is for those willing to admit (even if only to themselves) that they want the love and approval of people in their lives.

You may claim out loud that you don’t need the love and approval of others.

You may be ashamed of secretly wanting it, and work hard to heal yourself of this desire.

You may sometimes realize your faulty logic, but in your most honest moments, you admit there are times you wish for it.

You want your spouse, your partner, or your family members to accept you for who you are.

You want your students, colleagues, clients, or boss to recognize your strengths and think you’re pretty amazing.

You want your children to appreciate all you’ve done for them and love you for doing the best you could.

If you want some of these things, or something similar, at least some of the time, here's an easy way to get them:

Do just three things:

1. Love them first.

Admit it. How much are you judging them? How much do you want them to be different from the way they are? If you want to feel loved, you have to LOVE. And you have to love honestly, humbly, and fully (even when they don’t do something the way you would). There are so many things you could find to love about every person you come into contact with, but if you aren’t feeling loved, it's in large part because you aren’t looking for what you love about others.

Don’t use this as a reason to think you’re a failure. If you blame yourself or beat yourself up for your shortcomings, that’s not finding things to love about others. Just find things to love about others. That’s it.

2. Love yourself.

I know you’ve heard this one before. I know you know deep down that self-love trumps getting the love and approval of someone else by far. But there are moments when you forget this, or you’re just not buying it. I want to talk to you in THOSE moments: Make a list of what you love about others. Why are they amazing? Why do you admire them? Write the love letter of your life to someone you think is just totally awesome.

Then … admit this: You cannot recognize something you don’t have. Everyone in your world is a reflection of you. Sit quietly until you can admit that YOU are just as amazing. Don’t be cavalier about it. Be real. Find examples and prove it to yourself. Sit until you feel the spark of willingness to admit that you have the qualities you love and admire in others. So of course you would love yourself.

This doesn’t mean you have to be perfect. How many people do you love who aren’t always living as the highest version of themselves? If you can love them, you can love you. So stop making such a big deal about your supposed mistakes or shortcomings. Really, just stop.

3. Let them love you.

Yes, if you want someone to love you, you have to let them. Love them, love yourself enough to know you are worthy, and then be completely vulnerable. Without those things, they can love you more than anything on earth and you won’t feel it. Or trust it.

Also, let them love you in unconscious ways. You know how poorly you sometimes treat the people you love the most? It’s because deep down you trust them enough to keep loving you, even at your worst. Sometimes we show how much we love someone by trusting that they will love us even at our worst. I’m not advocating that this is ideal, but it definitely happens. And if you can’t help doing this, don’t expect the people you love to be able to help it either. Let them love you by not being perfect or by not always knowing the right thing to do or say. Because this is their vulnerability talking, this is them showing you their dark side and asking you to love them anyway.

If you tap into your limitless capacity to love others unconditionally; if you love yourself because you are a real, authentic, perfectly imperfect human being with a heart of gold; and if you allow yourself to be loved by people however they know how to love you … then you will feel love coming at you from every direction

Ya Allah Ya Robb

Ya Allah..

You have seen me at my best and my worst. You have been beside me when I cried, laughed and screamed. You have witnessed my good and evil, my arrogance and humility.

You have seen me at every single phase of my life and yet You still give me what I ask for.

The words to Thank You fail me, but I know You understand the gratitude that flows through me. When I bow my head to worship You, I bow my heart in Thanks to You.

Ya Allah, You are sufficient for me and You are all I need. Keep me under Your shelter always.

Aameen Ya Allah.

Indahnya Puisi Hasan Al-Basri

Puisi Hasan Al Basri

Aku tahu rizkiku

tak mungkin diambil orang lain.

Karenanya hatiku tenang.

Aku tahu amal-amalku tak mungkin dilakukan orang lain.

Maka aku sibukkan diriku untuk beramal.

Aku tahu Allah selalu melihatku.

Karenanya aku malu bila Allah mendapatiku melakukan maksiat.

Aku tahu kematian menantiku.

Maka kupersiapkan bekal untuk berjumpa dengan Rabbku.

I know for sure
that what is belongs to me
will never be given to  others
with this knowledge alone, am at peace

I know
Others will not do the good deeds for me
that is why am busiest myself doing it

I know for sure
Allah always watching above over me
because of that alone
am ashamed to do anything wrong

I know some day
I will be call to be with Him
That is why am preparing myself for the journey to face my Creator

THE SECRET OF SUJUD

See Translation Below

Rahsia Sujud Di Dalam Solat

Tahukah kita solat 5 KALI sehari iaitu 17 RAKAAT telah berlaku 34 kali SUJUD. Di dalamnya terdapat 1001 hikmah yang terkandung. Antaranya:-

Paling HEBAT lagi maka dia memeluk Islam…hebat tak kuasa SUJUD?

Sebenarnya:-

1. SUJUD PERTAMA tanda TAAT (PERINTAH ALLAH)

2. SUJUD KEDUA tanda SYUKUR (HAMBA KEPADA ALLAH)

Dalam khutbah Ramadhan Nabi s.a.w bersabda::

Seorang sahabat Nabi SAW iaitu Huzaifah r.a berkata bahawa Rasulullah SAW telah bersabda:-

(Hadis Riwayat Imam Tabrani).

Secret of prayer prostration

Do we pray 5 times a day, 17 PRAYER has happened 34 times PROSTRATE. In it there is wisdom contained in 1001. Among them: -

A member of the American brain nerve Science, Dr. Fidelma O'Leary claimed that some of the nerves in the human brain can not be touched by the blood from the heart because the heart's position is not strong enough to breast-ready to accommodate the human brain. Brain when in dire need of oxygen and blood supply in order to function normally.

She studied from a long period of time to find answers. Studied more seriously eventually she got the answer that the blood will flow every inch perfect to the human brain when a person is doing prostrations as done by Muslims in prayer. When this happens, the brain is able to supply sufficient blood and oxygen then let prevent various kinds of diseases such as stress, migraine, stroke, brain refresh and sharpen the mind at the same time strengthen our mentality (especially when bow Fajr time). Can also improve the position of children in the womb ... etc..

Most AMAZINGLY then when she embraced Islam ... the great power of PROSTRATION!

The truth is: -

1. FIRST PROSTRATE sign obedient (to Allah)

2. SECOND PROSTRATE sign THANKSGIVING (SLAVE TO ALLAH)

In a Ramadan sermon s.a.w Prophet said:,

You have to bear the weight of your sins. Lighten the load is to increase the prostration you.

"Be prostrate to Allah as though no one except with Allah prostrate thou lift up one rank and eliminate a sin (errors) from you", (Narrated by Muslim)

Allah says, which means: -

"Indeed prayer restrains from shameful and evil deeds" (Surah Al-Ankabut verse: 45)

From the angle of Sufism

Prostration is the time in which a slave is closest to his Creator. Have the appearance of the bow movement has shown "feel insulted himself" a servant in front of his Lord in a state of surrender, succumb, pledge and declare that "O Allah Thou only God should be worshiped, feared, loved, and You alone, only in place trust and ask for help ".

A companion of the Prophet of Allah be pleased with him, said that Allah said: - "There is not a slave state most loved by Allah from His slaves He saw that in the state of prostration, by putting his face on the ground

(As analogously bow, resigned and contempt of a servant of Allah) ". (Narrated by Imam Tabrani).

Allah says, which means: - "Those who believe in Our Signs are those who, when reminded of the verses of them fall down prostrate, and we celebrate the praises of Allah  and they are not arrogant" (Surah Al-Sajadah verse 15).

Prostration means a person has put his face the lowest place on earth that means it has placed on the ground around him, reminding him of the cause of the origin of man from the earth  and restore him to the ground. When it was willing to submit himself to his forehead and a dishonourable then maybe it would be arrogant to Allah who created him from the earth.

So every time a person should bow always it remembers going to die, when he remembered going to die then feel as if that prayer is a prayer efflux because it will send him to the ground. It is felt that whenever he bows down as if it will never wake up again. While death is the door for someone entering the next gate.

In such a case the liver will have faltered and feel the greatness of God and then that it renewed again in his heart to purify the Essence of Allah, the Most High, as well as bony tongue to say, "Subhana Rabbial-A'la wa-Bihamdih". Islam is beautiful huh .. The complete prayer and give benefits to servants outward and inward. When we fulfill the rights of Allah (prayers), he will be completing our rights as a slave (wisdom and goodness).
