HOW TO FIND YOUR INNER BEAUTY

This may be difficult for most individuals. Whether you are struggling with weight loss or weight gain. This will help you find your inner beauty and discontinue the thoughts of perfection and start finding your individuality.



Try to look in the mirror every day and think to yourself, I am beautiful whether other people agree or disagree you are helping yourself.



Stay confident. It's easier said then done but if you see yourself as healthy, strong, and independent then other people will start to see it as well.



Eat healthy. It's hard but if you start little by little and then work your way up then you will find an abundant amount of opportunity and beauty in your work.



Never give up! Do not spin yourself a web of negativity,but do not work your way into a healthy lifestyle frenzy. You must give yourself balance in dieting and working out.



Working out and doing yoga can help improve your body image both physically as well as mentally.



Set goals for yourself. And practice on achieving them every day,whether it be self confidence or building up a healthier life style.



Take pride in who you are as an individual. But remember this. No one is perfect and there is no such thing as perfection in this world. If you'd like to shape your image to what you see in the magazines, buy some new clothes or mix and match an old pair ofdenim jeans with a neon pink top for a bit of flair. Do not try to impersonate/mimic the life style of a model. This is NOT what I am trying to achieve,and you shouldn't either.



Make time for yourself. You know that most of us have jobs whether it's school or the business we forget to make time for ourselves. Brush your hair twice a day,go to aday spa, swim in the pool, or jam to some great tunes. Go to the beach. These are just a few activities to pamper yourself with after the exhausting day at work.



Hang out with friends or go to a party. Just a few ways to be stress free. Find cool hang spots like Starbucks or Panera Bread. Even the park will do!



Love yourself no matter what the odds are. You see a stick thin girl walking down the street or an overly obese person. Be thankful for who you are and what you see yourself as because we all know that other people have it far worse than us
