Does it ever go away?
Once you love someone, isn't that love always there?
Love
may show it's flip side of hate at times because love and hate are just two sides of the same coin, but truly; it's still there on the other
side and if we're honest with ourselves, it never really goes away.
It takes a lot of energy to hate someone and it takes a lot of energy to love someone. Usually behind hate is pain and disappointment mirroring the opposite of what love is; Love is joy and hopefulness.
If you have hate in your heart there is hope for love. If you have enough passion in you to muster up the energy to hate, then you have to
believe that you have access to love.
Whether it's a phone call to clear something up or a letter. i encourage all of us to reach out
and flip the coin even if it's only in our own mind.
Flip it.
Love feeds you and energizes you. Hate is a drain on your life.
If you're still hating your ex husband or your ex wife, an ex lover or an ex best friend....maybe an ex business partner or someone that hurt
you; remember in a quiet moment how you got to that hate. It most likely began in joy and hope. The beginnings of love.
... And remember,
love never goes away.
