Someone showed the bill to me
"You are wrong u know, i did not ordered this and yet u printed it wrongly on the bill"
"It's in the system, don't worry, it is our kedai name"
"See, that where u went wrong, u should list out the items instead of the name of ur kedai"
"Don't worry Mr. ur ordered, the counter hv one copy and the kitchen hv one. We know what we doing, we have 80+ something like this, and we r doing fine"
"Oh really, I hv a Master in Sales and Marketing Strategy u know, that why i knew it that u r wrong"
"Whoa, nice to met u, the reason being because we r sharing the same space with the other counter and they are selling nevertheless same as our, and to avoid customers' confusion just in case they don't remember they ordered from which counter....."
He went back to his table and sitting there, staring at us, i guess his brilliant mind just couldn't digest that how come someone can hv 80 outlets or hes still thinking the best solution to overcome this small problem, and yet, lets see how is his reaction when he find out that the very next counter to mine, they have 180 outlets throughout the countries and all in a shopping complexs.
