FOOD FOR LONGERVITY








Berries


Blackberries,  Blueberries, and Cranberries are rich in
antioxidant compounds known as anthocyanins, which have been shown to slow the growth of certain cancers as well as improve brain function.


Whole Grains



Rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, whole
grains can lower the risk of age-related illnesses like cardiovascular disease and cancer, they also help prevent high blood sugar and diabetes.  Avoid  processed grains.  
  

Aloe Vera



Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller is an amazing plant with the ability to aid in the healing process, to protect and moisturize. The Aloe Vera plant is at the very top of the list of over 30,000 registered nutritious and medicinal plants and contains almost all of the natural ingredients needed for maintaining all of the biochemical processes and vital functions of our bodies.



Sweet Potatoes



Rich with vitamin B6 and potassium, sweet potatoes can help protect the immune system and regulate blood pressure level. When eaten with the skins, they have more fiber than a cup of oatmeal and four times the U.S. recommended daily allowance for beta-carotene


Red Grapes


Grapes offer an antioxidant called resveratrol that's been shown to extend the lives of lab animals. Resveratrol has anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant properties.
